The Ammerdown Centre, set in beautiful Somerset countryside, is renowned for its peaceful surroundings – an ideal setting for reflection and renewal. All rooms are ensuite, singles or twins/doubles. The yoga retreat features both morning and afternoon yoga sessions, guided meditations, both indoors and outdoors, the esoteric teachings of yoga and wholesome vegetarian meals, all designed to nourish both body and mind.
