All movements are done from sitting on a chair, making it accessible to everyone. It has no contraindications which means everyone can join in. If you have mobility issues, are elderly or are convalescing this is an ideal practice for you.

We work the whole body, although we often target those areas which are notorious for holding tension like the neck, upper back and shoulders. You’ll feel stretched and invigorated by the end of your practice.

No special equipment

You don’t need a lot of space or fancy equipment. All you need is a simple chair, ideally with no armrests and a low back. You don’t even need special clothes. Just make sure you have a bit of space all around you.

Little but often
